• This scheme is available only for customers who have registered their warranty with us. Register Mattress warranty through our Website or WhatsApp to 9656000304 or email a copy of the invoice and the price sticker to info@florid.co.in

• Your body takes up to 15 days sleep to adjust to a new mattress. Therefore please wait for at least 3 weeks before returning the mattress

• Contact our customer care or the dealer if you wish to avail refund, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• The mattress should be returned to the dealer point by the customer at their cost

• Dealer will acknowledge receipt of the retuned mattress in writing

• Customer will get refund within 7 working days from the date of return of mattress to the dealer point.
